I bought this item in August and it arrived in good time. However, it has an obvious fault in that it did not stay inflated. I rejected the item but the seller refused to collect it. I therefore had to make the 70 mile round trip to drop it off myself and needed help as it is too heavy to lift myself. I have been attempting to get a refund for weeks with no response. The organisation does not respond to any communications and I am now having to issue proceedings against them to get my money back.
Hi, does anyone know where I can buy the screw on filters for this spa, I cant find them anywhere, or an item code would do, thanks
